Hello councilperson Yet again there is more rubbish in the Merivale reserve. It must be costing the council a fortune to send people around to pick it up all the time. Would it not be more sensible and economic to have a rubbish bin reinstated? I hope consideration can be given to picking up the load of rubbish. ??
