After making several complaints about the area around the clothing bins I'm pleased to see CCC hopefully taking an interest in trying to improve the situation in the area. My opinion is that whilst the recycling of old clothing is a good thing unfortunately there are some who see the area as a free tip. Hopefully we will see more involvement from CCC in this area in an attempt to improve the situation.
