Vehicles parked illegally and badly while contractors work on driveway on 16 Boys Place. Customers of the solarium at 14 boys place had difficulty accessing and leaving the Solarium driveway when trying to see around cars parked facing the wrong way and the ute parked over the footpath plus trailer sticking out into the road from 16 boys place while their stereo sat on the utes bonnet blasting loud music (stereo shows intent for the amount of time intending to stay parked in those locations). I was at 14 Boyes place for over 20 minutes and it was made clear these vehicles had been there all day.
