The reporter’s words
Is it council policy to spray herbicide on fallen ripe fruit just across the road from a primary school? It seems like the spraying should wait a few weeks for the pears to be done. I've seen plenty of people stop to eat these fallen fruit in past years, children and adults. Keep the sprays away.
