Water Care have been working in this street recently and hosed silt into the gutters. The fine silt did find its way into the river and I phoned in the pollution event but I still see the gutter deep with silt, can this be sorted out with urgency before it ends up back in the river. The gutter bridges have been blocked underneath for years. Why is this happening??
