Steaming hangi with open flame outside on a public walkspace that has seagulls feasting on scraps and dogs pissing off hours. Surely that's not hygienic or foodsafe with a chicken product that's not cooked to a certain temp. You can even see the food dripping stains from previous days doing it rather than clean surfaces. Who is responsible if a child wanders to the flames?
