Roading/Streets
Reported Monday, 25 April 2022 at 12:32 pm, 68 Brighton Mall next to Bin Inn, Surfside Mall off, Hawke Street, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This area at the back of New Brighton shops (Couplands) is a hazard. I find it difficult to push my Dad in his wheelchair across the carpark. Also have seen people with walking frames and canes having trouble. This is a health and safety issue. Even if a small area was made into a safe walkway it would be better.
