Hi. I live in Milns Court Halswell on the waterway. I wondered when the Milns water way will be attendef to next. We are starting to get Puha weed which has been a problem in the past and the water doesn't appear to be flowing with some sort of weed floating on the top. It starts at William Brittan end. Thanks
