Roading/Streets
Reported Monday, 2 May 2022 at 12:19 pm, 5 Rivers Edge, Northwood, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
On the CNC cycleway there are bollards in several places before bridges and various other places Quite a few of these bollards are left folded down or even worse the folding upright part of the bollard is removed leaving a fitting on the ground with two very sharp dangerous protrusions. These can be difficult to sight in low light conditions or if not looking properly. These bollards are there presumably because they are considered necessary so cant see way they are left folded down for long periods are partly removed. If they are not needed they should be totally removed Thank-you. Regards, Chris Hodgson 0274627075 My correct email is chris.hodgson@actrix.co.nz
