We have a few homeless people who have set up camp in the public foot-mall and are sitting in access ways to the businesses. Talking with public residents they are making people feel unsafe passing through the mall by intimidating people and begging for money. I’m not sure who to direct this to. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
