Have had assessed by council a few times , said it was a issue on our property etc . So we Looked into and had independent plumber look at , he has stated that it is an issue with our neighbours pipes etc as it is now flooding onto our property now as well because if this . We then had conversation with her sister on her behalf as she was unable to and indicated this to her , yet to have any response or see any work done , only getting worse now on our property due to it . Any advice appreciated. She lives at the back property which is 64 A Scruttons Road .
