The reporter’s words
We physically watched the tenants from unit 1 number 28 peer street dump this on the side of the road outside our units. We have complained about these people dumping their red rubbish in our yellow bin before, but have now actually witnessed them dump this crappy stuff all over the place! It was a young Caucasian/Maori woman and a young Caucasian man from their early to mid 20’s. The young man has a mullet and the girl has medium length semi brown semi blonde hair (caramel). This is just becoming a joke now and something needs to be done as they know they’re getting away with it! - viewed them around Saturday evening 11.20pm.
