Water Leak

Hi there At least 6 months have past we have last contacted you. A long time ago about our water main valve at road side started leaking. It’s running through the drain under the road from our ccc connection for our house. Two things, the way the ccc installed our water line at road is illegal as it lies in a storm water drain, 2nd the amount water leaking is free flowing and wasteful. Someone came and cleaned the sump where the ccc valve is leaking. However removing debris fix’s nothing in way of leaks. If we have gone over our water Allocation we aren’t paying for ccc broken water main valves. Please send someone to fix leak and the installation of this valve/ pipeline and it’s location in a drain to a legal location. Its simply not okay how it is nor is it okay how long ccc have let this leak thousands of litres over the last year. Look forward to some action.
