Hello council person could consideration be given to removing the leaves off the tennis court which many people spend many hours enjoying playing on .With the leaves all over the surface it will create dampness and the surface will deteriorate faster than if the leaves were removed. Plus with the leaves on the surface it will discourage people from playing or be a safety hazard. ??
