This TMP is ineffective. They have a sign saying the pavement is closed and please wait to be escorted through. However they have no one there to offer an escort. Please get them to actually commit resources to manning their TMP. Pedestrians are having ti make two dangerous road crossings because of their lack of commitment to their TMP. THIS IS A BUSY AREA AND THE CONTRACTORS BEHAVIOUR IS A SAFETY ISSUE
