The reporter’s words
A vehicle reversed into a power/comms pole and damaged the cables attached to the outside/ running up the pole. The impact was strong and the pole wobbled and cables flung around. Being an engineer myself I would suggest an engineers assessment on the damage to the pole. It happened at 18:08 on the 12/3/17 It was a silver outlander or similar with personalised registration 3D MAN. They checked their vehicle then drove off.
