This section of the Latters Spur track has been a problem for years. Every winter in particular deep mud spreads across the whole track making it impassable without slipping and/or ruining footwear. It appears that stormwater discharges straight on to the track. Pictures show that it is already a problem this year before winter rains have even started. It is about 50 m. From the bottom Longhurst Tce start of the track adjacent to 70 Longhurst Tce.
