The reporter’s words

The WasteCo street sweeper has just been past and this is the result. This contractor’s sweeper is clearly not up to the task. There are more leaves in the gutter than there were before they came. I know others in the street have lodged requests for a proper sweep. Please send a contractor with the right machine for the job. Up until last year the leaf sweeping in the street was fantastic.
