The reporter’s words

This gutter does not drain away and water stands in this section of gutter for some days after rain. The water encroaches on the roadway. Can this be rectified please? In addition, the road surface is in poor condition and the recent resealing has not been completed (only half of the job has be done). PLEASE can someone report back to me about these concerns. david.brinson@xtra.co.nz
