The reporter’s words

Hi there, it’s Louise Shanks messaging from 22 Karamu Street. I’d just like to report an issue about our neighbour (that we believe is from 24 Karamu St) as we were about to leave we saw him empty the contents of his freezer into the gutter right outside our house which had contents of ice and food which looked like food scraps and meat. After he left we took photos of the evidence which we think he saw us do and then he decided to sweep all of these leaves into the gutter to try and cover up what had been done, which with the current weather situation next time it rains will quite likely block the drains.
