The reporter’s words
Attached photos of Jefferys Park, Fendalton the morning after a cultural event held on April 1st 2017. This is only an example of what we found. The photos show discarded rubbish and human waste throughout the park, rugby field, children's playground, picnic and tennis court areas. There are no public toilets at this park and none were provided by the event organisers. I wanted to call this to your attention as this lovely park is frequented by lots of people, children & dogs. Thank you for your consideration.
