We have a problem with blocked storm water line after some job has done by city council in summer. We have complained and 2 days ago before the rain started Downy company sent workers with special equipment to fix drainage. This is result of area improvement and attempt to fix the problem. The result is zero. Could you please take this into consideration and solve this problem. Thanks. Kind Regards, Maryna Tsevina.
