Wastewater/Stormwater
Reported Wednesday, 13 July 2022 at 8:21 am, 41 Wrights Road, Addington, Christchurch, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This is an ongoing problem, we have this issue since the council rebuilt the road. Our stormwater lateral is discharging straight on the road, which is too high. The debris on the road create blockage inside our lateral and our property is flooded during heavy rain. Can the council clear the current blockage and either properly connect our stormwater lateral to their stormwater drain or can they change the kerb there to make it deeper and avoid blockage?
