Reported Thursday, 20 April 2017 at 9:59 am, 133, Governors Bay Teddington Road, Teddington, 8971, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Water fountain broken - obviously there has been some previous intervention by city care but looks like that would have been some time ago. Remains broken, needs repair. Also overflowing with rubbish, needs emptying and/or sealing. Really requires repair and reinstatement.
