Hello councilperson My electronic record will show these items have been left by a contractor for many weeks now. The items are actually on Browns Road but the property the items are outside of, is on the corner of Browns Rd and Mansfield Avenue so the photo Geo tag shows 82 Mansfield Avenue. Has it got to the stage where perhaps this could be classified as rubbish? As one can see the sandbag is now blocking the entry point for the stormwater to drain away and Christchurch is in for a wet period. ??
