Lifted the grates for your suck truck and water blaster to come Spoke and discussed this ages ago. Weeks rain coming. River at the back of mums is rising and getting flooding already Spoke to Steve masters and Julie Gaudin last time Lots of pointing finger. Can we just get it fixed before it floods the social housing flats and it’ll be a full on disaster. Which was earned a few times before. There’s a storm access on the mound too. It used to drain slowly but now isn’t at all, now it’s pushing down to mums on 218 opawa road. Downer, Higgins, ccc by the looks it’s Higgins
