The reporter’s words

Hi - this has been an ongoing problem. The ditch doesn't function and it is always close to full. When it floods like this on my property the water is a brown/red colour. It will sit for 2 weeks if I don't get a pump onto it. Then comes the stench. It would really be appreciated if a plan of attack could finally be addressed and put into place. Thanks Joanne
