The stormwater grate is blocked at the end of Maronan St. opposite driveway of # 19. Elderly woman (73 yo) has tried to unblock debris herself but unable to move. Can you please send someone down to unblock so water can drain away and elderly Persian doesn’t injury herself. Thank you
