Reported Thursday, 28 July 2022 at 1:36 pm, 3/14 Mansfield Avenue, St Albans, Christchurch 8014, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hello councilperson This mattress was dumped prior to all the rain, It’s now soaking wet . Maybe consideration could be given to classifying it as rubbish? If so, then arrange for a council contractor to pick the wet mattress up and dispose of it responsibly. ??
