Internet company put drill rig on lawn to do trenchless directional drilling. They caused a water leak going into the water meter. Supply is from CCC in agreement with Selwyn District Council. Leaking water meter is at 48 Early Valley Road Lansdowne 7672 RD2 Christchurch. Owner of property Joe Wildy 0212771099
