The reporter’s words

Cars belonging to parents and whanau of Aidanfield Christian School continually park their cars on the berms around and near the school. I have asked the school on a number of occasions to please ask their parents to parallel park on the road without driving on to berm. This is even more important after the rain we've had in July. The school seems disinterested in getting its parents to behave in a way that does not destroy the green spaces in their neighbourhood. Please ask the school to sort out its parking and stop destroying grassed areas near their school, leaving home owners and rate payers to fix their mess. Thanks.
