This is at 38 English Street and is always a mess and over grown most of the plants are dead as you can see it has been trimmed many times but never tidy really it is time it was all taken out the only thing alive are the Azaleas that are being choked. Please can something be done about this better nothing in there than this mess maybe bark chip it thank you Location 38 English Street
