Water appears to be leaking out of the join between the newer and older asphalt in front of the driveway for properties 1/69 and 2/69 Laing Cresent, Heathcote Valley, Christchurch. Additionally surges of water have been noticed when turning on cold water taps in house. Occurred after council repaired a burst water pipe on same street last week
