i messaged last week because they left a note and didn’t empty out rubbish bin because it belonged to our neighbors, i explained that during recent road works at n hinomoa st our bins got swapped but when we realized our neighbors had already upgraded their/our bin to a bigger size and had returned it to you, problem is this week they took our bin away so we now have no bin! i had a message from u guys to give the serial number which i did but no reply!! how can we get our bin back? i thought the obvious solution would of been to just kept the one we had??? need this sorted plzz
