Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 4 May 2017 at 4:24 pm, 166, Heaton Street, Strowan, 8052, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
There are strong thick eye-level branches sticking out onto the footpath on the corner of Papanui Rd and Heaton St. Children from the schools whizz by on their scooters and a blind man regularly walks past. It is a hazard. I work close by and u have spoken with the owners upstairs in the house. Dr Beulunk's rooms. The downstairs people told me they were the owners upstairs. The upstairs lady said she never walks around there. They have not trimmed these sharp branches. Someone will lose their eye.
