The reporter’s words
Kids using shovels to dig on a steep slope that is susceptible to erosion and slips. I am concerned what the consequences will be on this unplanted reserve for the ROw above and the neighbouring properties. When I spoke to the kids they ignored me and said they would be back tomorrow on a Teacher Only Day.
