The reporter’s words
The dog barks from when the owner leaves early morning until late most nights. She never has company and, as far as we have seen, is not exercised. She barks at anything that moves, including our neighbours and us when we come into our driveway or go to our letterboxes. The owner seems to work very long hours and the barking seems to be getting worse.
