The reporter’s words
Hello, Re public footpath beside and below 1a Moncks Spur. Please would you contact me regarding the risk of this Council retaining wall collapsing. We are concerned about the safety of school children and adults using the public footpath under the pictured retaining wall. I have received a recommendation from a geotech engineer that this requires daily monitoring. We are happy to share that information with CCC. Kind regards, Corinne Bolstad Health and Safety Advisor Southern Response Earthquake Services Ltd Mobile: 027 504 7728 PO Box 9052 Christchurch www.southernresponse.co.nz
