Weeds have not been sprayed or removed has sent request through two months ago and no action. City care have done half pie job and chucked wood shavings on garden area over top of weeds/grass and after a week it is poking through and the have only done half of that and missed garden, chch is suppose to be a garden city, Thanks concerned rate payer
