Public toilets at the Nicholson park, on Taylor’s mistake & Scarborough Rd intersection have toilets that have badly damaged hand wash basin in the right hand side toilet. Graffiti on the outside wall near the toilets. The toilet next to it has a distinctive smell of urine & it appears to have a persistent water Leak on the floor? This toilet does not have a sanitary bin?
