General Request
Reported Wednesday, 31 August 2022 at 1:46 pm, 121 Seaview Road, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
In New Brighton we are dealing with a large number of people who are constantly drinking and using the buildings as toilets every single day. There's supposed to be a liquor ban here but that's ignored. People are abused, yelled at. And as you can see they have zero cares about anyone. Children come here after school and are exposed to this as well. I know we aren't the only people to have raised this so I can only hope this approach gets somewhere.
