The reporter’s words

Hello councilperson My record will show I have reported this damage before. It seems to be taking a very long time to repair. So that the council contractors are aware. There is a blind man who walks with a cane very frequently along this area . The safety area in the middle of the road is very important to him. Because the protective fence is damaged and poking out , it’s an extra hazard that a blind person should not have to try to avoid. I am writing again in earnest that the council will repair this fence. ??
