Hello council person Could consideration be given to removing the tag off the public bench seat? My snap send solve record will show this tagger is consistently active in the Merivale ,St Albans area. I wonder if with a consistent tagger does the council link into the police / social services ? Because this person ( Tagger) in my view requires help. I look forward to a reply from the council.
