Rubbish and Bins - General

Reported Saturday, 10 September 2022 at 2:26 pm, 36 Gisele Crescent, Halswell, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.

The reporter’s words

Waste Management- phoned CCC lost count how many times I have phoned, oh a complaint will be sent to waste management for emptying the red bin and throwing it into the trees planted on your verge and breaking the big stake that holds the tree in place below ground level. ANYTHING BEEN DONE NO LIKE HELL, CCC DOESN'T ACT ON ANYTHING APART SEND NUMEROUS REF NUMBERS AND IF YOU HAVE FOUR DIFFERENT ISSUES WHAT REF NUMBERS RELATE TO WHAT THIS HAPPENED BACK IN EARLY JULY. TREE NEEDS A NEW STAKE, HOW HARD IS THAT. PRETTY HARD FOR OVERPAYED CCC WORKERS TO ACTUALLY FORWARD A REQUEST THROUGH TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT, YET CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE HAD THREE PAY INCREASES SINCE LAST LOCKDOWN FOR WHAT, GETTING NOTHING DONE.
