The reporter’s words
The tree on our berm was removed by the council several years ago and we were told at the time that it would be replaced. I queried it at a later date to be told we were on a list for re planting for the following year. That time has well passed and we still gave no tree there. Just an unsightly grassless patch whete the tree was.
