This drain is still blocked and not draining. This is the 3rd time an incident has been logged with you. We are digging a Channel to the other drain to try and get rid of the water . There is currently 150 ml water on top of the drain in the photo, it is the mid point drain in this water retention basin. The water is green and foul smelling and we have noticed an increase in mosquitoes . Please come and unblock this drain as you did the other one
