Photos taken in longhurst Halswell 19.6.17 a.m. These are just the obvious ones seen on walking through reserve & park today - many owners let their large dogs run free & poop freely in day and more walk them after 5pm or after dark. I guess they feel pretty smug ignoring all regulations. J Wilson- parr
