Can we please have an action from this behaviour. Burning rubber and noise as well as speed down Willard street. This all coming from residents at 7 Willard street. There has been intimidation and threats when I have tried to reason with them on the matter etc. I have made reports to police in the past but very little response. The council has an obligation to sure a safe environment to all illegal behaviour and intimidation. Please respond to this complaint. Anthony Coulter and Chrissy Coulter. 9 Willard st.
