The reporter’s words

Hi both the vehicles warranties in the pictures I've attatched to this complaint(a Nissan and a Honda) expired on 01/07/17 and have been parked up outside 10 Lockwood Street since at least May or June of this year. Now my understanding is that if a motor vehicle is not warrantied or registered and is parked on the street then the owners are breaking the law and can be fined. The people whom I think own these vehicles seem to have at least another half a dozen cars and really don't seem to be too bothered as to where they park their vehicles.Sometimes they park their four wheel drive vehicles with trailers attatched to them bumped up on the grass berms and also parked over public walkways, therefore obstructing public access especially when people have to walk around instead of straight through whilst using the public reserves/walkways. I think these people need to show a bit of respect for their fellow neighbours.
