The reporter’s words
I have noticed that the green arrow to allow turning from Avonhead Rd left into Yaldhurdt Rd has a full phase following the standard Avonhead phase even if there is no cars turning left into Yaldhurdt Rd or cars turning right from Yaldhurdt Rd into Avonhead Rd. This delays cars traveling east down Yaldhurdt Rd for no reason.
